Size 0 - 3m = 8 - 12lbs

Size 3 - 6m = 12 - 16lbs

Size 6 - 12m = 16 - 23lbs

Size 12 - 18m = 23 - 27lbs

Size 18 - 24m = 27 - 31lbs
